In general, Ranj is able to make a prompt estimation of a project budget after the concept design has been finalized. Two different methods can be used for the production phase.
Ranj is used to working on a fixed price basis, mostly using two methods:
Together with the client a number of development sprints and the effort required per sprint are agreed in advance.
During the (agile) design process, the scope of the project is alternated based on user value that is proven from user tests and sprint evaluations.
Furthermore, for clients that demand more flexibility in the design process, Ranj can also work on a time-based budget. At the start of each development step, the features that will be realized as well as the budget that will be spent during this step are agreed upon with the client. This means that from development step to development step, flexibility for the client is maximized.
