Every Ranj project is lead by a project manager or 'game producer'. This is an all-round professional who plays a central role in the development. He or she combines the traditional roles of the account manager, project manager and quality assurance.
Game producers oversee and direct all the different aspects of the development process. They have the analytical, organisational and social skills to manage its complexity and dynamics.

Relationship of trust
Most importantly, Ranj’ game producers are dedicated to building a relationship of trust with their clients. It is their responsibility to ensure that clients, users and other important stakeholders are engaged in the development process. Furthermore, they make sure that creative and didactic concepts are efficiently transferred into a serious game that is fit for use.
For this reason they have expertise in all different specialities involved in serious game development: didactic and creative concepts, graphic design and technology.
Finally, the game producers make sure that projects are delivered within scope, budget and planning. To secure this, Ranj tailors the project management approach to the project, combining elements of standards like PRINCE2, PMI, Project Based Approach and Scrum.
